One of the primary goals of Community Helping Hands is to assist the elderly or disabled remain in their homes. Some of the services (or chores) that we provide are:

• Oven - scrubbing oven

• Refrigerator - with client instructions, we will throw out food, clean shelves and inside of door

• Windows - we will clean the inside of window (as long as ladder is not needed)

• Draperies - we will clean or change curtains or drapes (as long as ladder is not needed)

• Heavy Cleaning - We will do woodwork, windowsills, heater boards and waxing floors

• Lawn Care - This includes raking leaves and grass cutting (sorry, no landscaping)
• Snow removal - removal of snow (not ice)
• Bathing 
• Exercise
• Bed changing
• Laundry
• Shopping
• Meal preparation
• Transportation
• Play games
• Conversation
• Read

Obviously there are some things we cannot do nor risk injury to any of our workers.
